You may return items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Please note that customized, intimate, or final sale items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or manufacturing constraints.
To initiate a return, please contact our support team to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns sent without prior authorization may be declined. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees or shipping charges.
Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear in your account. If delays occur, we advise checking with your payment provider before contacting us.
Exchanges are available for different sizes or styles, subject to stock availability. Additional charges or shipping fees may apply, and our support team will provide full instructions for the exchange process.
If your return is due to a mistake on our part—such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item—we’ll cover the cost of return shipping. In all other cases, return shipping fees are your responsibility.
